don't use a towel to remove your makeup. use cotton balls.
try dish soap on that towel. one that removes grease.Removing mascara/eyeliner off bath towel?
well u shouldnt have rubbed your face onto it. that's what cotton balls are for!!!! :p but if you had to, maybe bleach it. also, take some mascara remover and scrub the washcloth with it.
Vaseline and peanut butter jelly combined...
